TO JOIN THE FORUMS

Koeller & Stoner Design ("KSD") is a website/forum run by Koeller & Stoner Design. We edit,
enhance, create, and modify images. Please read the following points carefully, and aknowledge
that we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use Agreement at any time, without warning.

1. All images created by KSD are copyrighted material. KSD has the authority to place these
images wherever we personally desire. By posting images on our forums, you are allowing us to use your
image in another image, if we desire.

2. KSD may go through the forums at any time and edit or remove any post, image, or topic, for any
or no reason.

3. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We DO accept nudity, HOWEVER, becareful
where you post such material. Nudity is only permitted through private messages or emails. We
WILL delete any nudity/pornography found on the site or forums.

4. Content/Activity Prohibited. You must use the KSD forums in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. The following are examples of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the KSD forums. KSD admins reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in KSD's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending Content from the KSD forums and terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, Content that, in the sole discretion of KSD:


4.1 is patently offensive or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

4.2 harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

4.3 exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;

4.4 contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;

4.5 solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

4.6 publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;

4.7 constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

4.8 constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work;

4.9 involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming";

4.10 contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

4.11 furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

4.12 solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;

4.13 involves commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from Photobucket such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;

4.14 includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person's consent; or

4.15 violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, defamation rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

5. You are soley responsible for you actions on your account. You are also solely responsible for
your password. If you feel someone is using your account without your permission, contact an
admin or moderator through private message as soon as possible.
